Class Overview

YOGA 60: CHILL is a yin-based practice for all levels. Each class will focus on a theme and/or area of the body. You will start with a gentle flow and transition to holding poses for an extended period of time cultivating a relaxing, meditative experience. Yogic philosophy will be respectfully weaved throughout, and class will end with a mindful moment that will allow you to take the intention of class outside the studio and into your life. -All studios: Gentle heat

Know before you go

  • Check in at least 3 minutes prior to class time. After this time, your bike may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in.
  • If it's your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes early and let the front desk know you need help getting set up on the bike. No rider will be admitted to class after 5 minutes from the start, no matter what the circumstances.
  • "Clip in" shoes are required and shoe rentals are free of charge at the front desk. If you have your own shoes, pedals are ONLY compatible with SPD shoes.
