Class Overview

STRENGTH: Upper Body is broken into body-specific days (Upper, Lower and Full Body) to best focus on one muscle group at a time and get you the most effective workload possible. Each class is designed to increase power and strength. Clients can expect to lift heavier, rest less, and keep their heart rate elevated, but are still able to move at their own pace and get a fun and effective workout set to high energy music.

Know before you go

  • Check in at least 3 minutes prior to class time. After this time, your bike may be released to someone on the waitlist or a walk-in.
  • If it's your first time, arrive at least 15 minutes early and let the front desk know you need help getting set up on the bike. No rider will be admitted to class after 5 minutes from the start, no matter what the circumstances.
  • "Clip in" shoes are required and shoe rentals are free of charge at the front desk. If you have your own shoes, pedals are ONLY compatible with SPD shoes.
