Know before you go

  • Classes are heated; temperatures vary based on class format.
  • Bring a mat or you can rent one at the studio. All classes are done barefoot.
  • You must arrive 5 minutes before class start; doors will be locked and you will lose a class credit if you're late.
  • First time students are required to show a valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport, student ID, etc.); this policy is to ensure the safety and security of students.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit in order to complete a waiver and receive a tour! 
  • Please complete the waiver ahead of time here: https://www.corepoweryoga.com/content/terms-use-agreement (use your email associated with your FitReserve account).
  • Metered parking available; most meters are free after 6pm and on Sundays. Free parking in loading zones (white curb) after 6pm and on weekends.

CorePower Yoga is known for its signature formats and sequences that artfully marry the mindfulness of yoga with a physically challenging workout. Classes are heated; temperatures vary based on format. 

 

Class format descriptions:

  • C2 – CorePower Yoga 2: Challenging Vinyasa Flow, All Levels; In CorePower Yoga 2, strengthen, balance and detoxify the entire body and mind with challenging postures and connected breath
  • YS – Yoga Sculpt: Yoga, cardio + weights, All levels; Combine weights with C2 sequencing and cardio while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls in Yoga Sculpt
  • CSX – CorePower Strength X: Cardio + heavy weights, Advanced; CorePower Strength X is a 45-minute, strength training class with muscle group focuses (Upper Body, Lower Body, Glutes + Core), circuit training, and HIIT-style cardio sections
  • HPF – Hot Power Fusion: Detoxifying Blend of Hot + Power Yoga, All Levels; Hot Power Fusion combines the meditative, detoxifying qualities of hot yoga with the intensity of power yoga
  • C1 – CorePower Yoga 1: Fundamental Vinyasa Flow, Foundational Levels; CorePower Yoga 1 is an invigorating full-body flow designed to explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga
