Class Overview

Feel the burn and build strength and flexibility in this slower paced, juicy flow of breath-based movements. Slower movements allow you to build strength and awareness, while creating a practice that feels good and safe for your body. No experience necessary - Great for beginner, intermediate and advanced students. Space heated to a moderate 85 degrees. You will sweat!!

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins (a 5-minute late policy is enforced, no entry after the first 5 minutes of the class)
  • Feel free to wear comfortable, breathable clothing, as the yoga rooms are kept warm. Don't worry about bringing anything else – they offer complimentary sweat towels, yoga blocks, straps, and a water fountain with a refillable water bottle station
  • Jade yoga mats can be rented for $5 per class
