Know before you go
- Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins (a 5-minute late policy is enforced, no entry after the first 5 minutes of the class)
- Feel free to wear comfortable, breathable clothing, as the yoga rooms are kept warm. Don't worry about bringing anything else – they offer complimentary sweat towels, yoga blocks, straps, and a water fountain with a refillable water bottle station
- Jade yoga mats can be rented for $5 per class
