BODYPUMP really is the ultimate resistance training workout. This is backed up by research highlighting that the fast-tempo resistance training of BODYPUMP expends more energy than lifting heavier loads at a slower rate. FLEX offers 24 different stations that comprise its circuit workout. FLEX also has a cardio room featuring the latest elliptical trainers, treadmills, rowers and stationary bikes. The back training studio has free weights, bench/squat racks, cable cross TRX, BOSU, boxing heavy bag, medicine balls, battle ropes, step platforms, resistance bands, kettle bells, dumbbells and a lot more. Classes include Yoga, Pilates, Interval Training, Boxing, TRX, Yoga, Pilates, Senior Fitness, and Zumba. FLEX is a great place to do your own thing in your quest for a stronger and leaner you.
