Class Overview

This is the ultimate core body blitz!  In this class we will use the fundamentals of Pilates to approach the fundamentals of TRX and then combine them. This class will focus on core strength, stretching, lengthening and safe practices through thoughtful movement. We will move slowly and work deeply. Prepare to be challenged!

STUDIO OVERVIEW

FLEX offers 24 different stations that comprise its circuit workout. FLEX also has a cardio room featuring the latest elliptical trainers, treadmills, rowers and stationary bikes. The back training studio has free weights, bench/squat racks, cable cross TRX, BOSU, boxing heavy bag, medicine balls, battle ropes, step platforms, resistance bands, kettle bells, dumbbells and a lot more. Classes include Yoga, Pilates, Interval Training, Boxing, TRX, Yoga, Pilates, Senior Fitness, and Zumba. FLEX is a great place to do your own thing in your quest for a stronger and leaner you.
