Class Overview

Your instructor leads students through an invigorating Hatha Yoga practice. This class is designed to build strength and flexibility in the body while focusing on alignment and breathing. A series of challenging poses and mindful meditations encourage students to make space in both the physical body and in the mind.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

FLEX offers 24 different stations that comprise its circuit workout. FLEX also has a cardio room featuring the latest elliptical trainers, treadmills, rowers and stationary bikes. The back training studio has free weights, bench/squat racks, cable cross TRX, BOSU, boxing heavy bag, medicine balls, battle ropes, step platforms, resistance bands, kettle bells, dumbbells and a lot more. Classes include Yoga, Pilates, Interval Training, Boxing, TRX, Yoga, Pilates, Senior Fitness, and Zumba. FLEX is a great place to do your own thing in your quest for a stronger and leaner you.
