Class Overview

Learn the foundational mat exercises that Joseph Pilates intended to be done everyday and anywhere. We'll warm up the deepest layers of your core and build strength from the inside out. Special attention will be paid to key Pilates principals of alignment, breath, centering, precision, balance, and integration. Walk away with a new lens to help you create fluid movement that connects you to your center all day long. Please bring your own mat to class.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

FLEX offers 24 different stations that comprise its circuit workout. FLEX also has a cardio room featuring the latest elliptical trainers, treadmills, rowers and stationary bikes. The back training studio has free weights, bench/squat racks, cable cross TRX, BOSU, boxing heavy bag, medicine balls, battle ropes, step platforms, resistance bands, kettle bells, dumbbells and a lot more. Classes include Yoga, Pilates, Interval Training, Boxing, TRX, Yoga, Pilates, Senior Fitness, and Zumba. FLEX is a great place to do your own thing in your quest for a stronger and leaner you.
