Class Overview

This full-body workout focuses on the fundamentals of functional and endurance strength training. While the class focuses mainly on strength training through free weights, resistance bands, barbells, and more to engage every muscle, it also includes short cardio and core work intervals. This is a circuit style of class that alternates different exercises in short bursts of 30-60 seconds then repeats the full circuit 2-4 times. Weights and all other props are provided.  This is an advanced Class and please wear supportive shoes.
