Class Overview

In this beginner friendly class, you will get a full body workout in a circuit style. With the help of the gym equipment and an attentive instructor, you will feel supported, included, and strong! Stations are completed for a longer period of time in the first round and shorter in the second to allow for body awareness and proper exploration of equipment and movement patterns. Wear supportive shoes please!
