Class Overview

Cardio Kick includes exhilarating movement that builds cardio fitness, total body strength, and coordination. It combines MMA movements with cutting-edge exercises that build strength and endurance. You will be motivated by high-tempo music and a highly trained, high-energy instructor.  This is an all levels class and please wear supportive shoes.
