Class Overview

A backboard replaces the foot bar on the Reformer to allow for Jumping on the Reformer. This brings an elevated heartrate and cardio theme to the Pilates principles. There is still a focus on alignment, breath and core engagement. Session is 50 minutes. Experience with pilates prior to trying jumpboard is reccomended.
