Class Overview

This class will engage your entire body. It will focus partially on cardiovascular endurance and partially on muscle strengthening. There will be usage of equipment in the group fitness room, where there will be a full body workout. With a mat and resistance tools, you will continue to make progress, leaving each class feeling more powerful than ever before! Wear supportive shoes please.
