This class will engage your entire body. It will focus on cardiovascular endurance and on muscle strengthening. There will be usage of equipment, HITT style endurance and it will be a full body workout. With a mat and resistance tools, you will continue to make progress, leaving each class feeling more powerful than ever before! Wear supportive shoes please.
