Class Overview

This is a tradional flow class that is suitable for most levels. Class requires the ability to get up and down easily from the ground or yoga experience to fully modify and take care of yourself. Class will include a mindful sun saluatation, standing poses, seated poses and savasana. We will open the full body, connect with breath and spend time in a guided meditation and savasana. This a great way to end the week, begin the weekend or even go on a date!
