Class Overview

This beginner friendly class is very gentle, with supported poses that are held for a few minutes each. It allows your nervous system to regulate and gently stretches and twists your body. You will focus on breathing evenly and releasing both the body and the mind. Dress comfortably and warmly. We provide props. This class is barefoot.
