Class Overview

Upper Body + Core Strength - Build a foundation from which you can get stronger by learning how to use your core and get comfortable holding your body weight up with your arms. This will challenge your ability to exercise your core in different ways while giving your whole upper body a spicy workout in just 30 min. Suitable for all skill levels; for those with an upper body injury, modifications will be made to accommodate everyone.
