Class Overview

This is a class involving TRX, stability ball, dumbells, and more! It is a class for you to learn how to use equipment in a fun and effective way. This is a circuit style of class that alternates different exercises in short bursts of 30-60 seconds then repeats the full circuit 2-4 times depending on time. Weights and all other props are provided. This is an all levels Class and please wear supportive shoes.
