Class Overview

This class is a full-body workout that emphasizes technique and form with each exercise and is a low-impact class that will focus on your core strength. We hope to send you home from each class feeling stronger and healthier than ever before! Weights and all other props are provided. This is an all levels class and please wear supportive shoes.
