Class Overview

This is a fluid flow class that is taught at a quicker pace with cues to find your alignment and breath, while encouraging you to find your edge. There will always be space to modify and follow your own practice, however we recommend attending yoga classes prior for a basic level of knowledge and understanding of the practice. We provide props. This class is barefoot.
