Class Overview

This lower body strength training class combines machines and isolation movements to target specific muscle groups. It also focuses on proper breathing techniques to engage the core, identifying muscle fatigue, and adjusting training variables for maximum efficiency. The circuit-style class alternates exercises in 30-60-second intervals, repeated 2-4 times. Weights and props are provided. This is an all levels class and shoes are required.
