Class Overview

This class combines yoga and physical therapy to help you improve your posture, movement, and overall physical awareness. It's designed to make you feel stronger, more balanced, and more spacious, and is suitable for all levels. This class is all levels and is a barefoot or optional grip sock, and props are provided. It's based on the LYT Method.
