Class Overview

(FOCUS. FLEXIBILITY. MOBILITY) STRETCH® is a slow Yin-inspired deep stretching deliberate style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time; three to five minutes is typical. Yin Stretch poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues; these are the tendons, fascia, and ligaments. The goal is to increase circulation in the joints thus improving flexibility and mobility. Stretch sequences are designed to improve the flow of the subtle energy said in Chinese medicine to run through the meridian pathways of the body. Know before you go

  • Check-in at the front desk (you may need to sign a liability waiver your first time)
  • Bring your mat, water bottle, and towel. Make sure to hydrate at least two hours before class. 
  • Pick your favorite place in the studio
  • Yoga mats, shower towels, and yogitoes avaliable for rent
  • Street and free 2-hour parking available in the building next to the studio
  • Wear fitted exercise clothes that you can sweat in 
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early

Established in Seattle, WA in 2014, LIVE LOVE FLOW™ is a boutique fusion fitness studio that offers heated flow yoga, heated strength training, and modern mobility classes. LIVE LOVE FLOW™ understands that while yoga can stand alone as a whole practice, the intensity of low-impact strength training classes have a wide range of additional benefits to the cardio-respiratory system and to overall fitness. Each of these styles complements each other for a unique and fun athletic challenge. The combination of all three methods helpsclients not only increase strength and flexibility, but stability, mobility, and overall health.
