Class Overview

In FlowYoga Restore, we combine yoga poses with meditation and breathwork, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Each pose is held for between 1 and 5 minutes to give your body time to adapt to the pose, increasing flexibility over time. Our teachers draw on a variety of poses from both the Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga traditions, and each class will target range of motion in the hips, legs, lower and upper back, chest, and shoulders.
