Class Overview

Hatha (meaning the sun and the moon) is a slow paced yoga training that offers a posture followed by a counter posture. At Prana we generally offer the traditional healing 26 posture series but expect to be presented with some variations.  Hatha, although originally created to heal, also detoxifies while building strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is one hour and is recommended for beginners. It is the perfect way to acclimate to the heat in our hot room. This class will be taught by a new or guest instructors who may just have completed their yoga instructor certification.   Free for all to attend.
