Class Overview

Why Barre "ish"?  Kick your Barre class up a bit by transforming your body while moving to the beat of the music. Barre "ish" is a full body workout, concentrating on your legs, buns, abs and arms. Each week is different and might include use of dumbbell weights, TRX, kettlebells, and more. This is class is perfect for both beginners to advanced.
