Class Overview

Yin is a style of practice that uses gentle postures and props to support you as you release long held tension from the mind and body.   In this practice we will move through 40 min of yin yoga led by Devon Watson followed by supported stillness. The entire practice you will be immersed in a sound bath of Tibetan and crystal bowls along with chimes, and other healing instruments played by Denise Goeke.   Sound bath yin is a powerful and effective way to release stress physically and emotionally, get better sleep, let go of stress and mental heaviness, reset the nervous system, and bring our bodies and minds into a peaceful state of being.   Things to bring (optional): yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering (sleep mask works great), or any bolsters or other props you enjoy!   Members price: $15 Non-members: $20   Yin taught by Devon Watson, Sound Bath by Denise Goeke
