Get your heart rate pumping with this 30 minute cycling training! Then head into the hot room for 30 minutes of Vinyasa flow!  This is a great class for those who like a variety in their workouts. Spoga is perfect for both beginners and advanced members and is a great introduction to Spin and Hot Yoga.
