Class Overview

Heat sculpt is a total body workout. It is a combination of arms, legs, and core exercises in our hot yoga room. This class is recommended for someone who has taken at least 5 hot classes and has experience lifting weights. We do not recommend this class for beginners. Please see the instructor before class.
