Class Overview

45 minutes | LEVEL: II intermediate-advanced (this class is not suitable for beginners) This class incorporates strength and stability with a faster paced flow to create an energizing and athletic experience. Led in a layered or ladder style, this class is taught progressively to build your strength, deepen your understanding of the movements, add complexity to your practice, and challenge your body and mind. Expect to move vigorously and consistently in this strong flow before you drop into well-deserved deep stretching at the end of each class. *Level II classes offer a more challenging yoga experience, involve more complex movements and poses, and are designed for people with more advanced yoga experience.

Know before you go

  • Park in the lot on the south side of the building, or along the neighboring streets
  • The studio is upstairs on the south west side of the building, Suite 201
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to ensure proper check in and set up
  • CYCLE classes: If you are not present at least 5 minutes prior to class, your spot in class will be given up and you will not be admitted to class 
  • Yoga mats for rent for $2
  • Cycle shoes are free (feel free to bring your own if you have SPD compatible)
  • Box water, coconut water, and a variety of hydration powders and pre/post workout snacks are available for purchase
