Class Overview

This class is a TRX* based workout that offers challenging strength and stability training. With a lot of focus on core strength designed to support other dynamic movements, you'll walk away stronger in all dimensions. In this class you'll have the opportunity to build better balance and controlled strength, which will translate to improved performance in everything you do. Expect less "heavy lifting" and more dynamic and consistent movement in a lower impact environment. This is a challenging class and a perfect compliment to our other STRENGTH classes to provide variety in your training routine. Please BRING a mat for this class. Class is done barefoot, no shoes required. *TRX is a suspension training system using straps and bodyweight resistance.

Know before you go

  • Park in the lot on the south side of the building, or along the neighboring streets
  • The studio is upstairs on the south west side of the building, Suite 201
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to ensure proper check in and set up
  • CYCLE classes: If you are not present at least 5 minutes prior to class, your spot in class will be given up and you will not be admitted to class 
  • Yoga mats for rent for $2
  • Cycle shoes are free (feel free to bring your own if you have SPD compatible)
  • Box water, coconut water, and a variety of hydration powders and pre/post workout snacks are available for purchase
