Class Overview

*This is a highly technical class - you must be able to press a 20 pound kettlebell overhead and have mastered the kettlebell swing* This class is for the experienced weight lifter to deepen their knowledge and skills with kettlebells. More than just a hard workout, the exercises learned and worked with in this class are more technical and rigorous. You’ll spend time breaking down sequences to build into complex combinations with one or two kettlebells. You can also expect a big emphasis on challenging full-body mobility and stability drills to enhance overall strength. This class is not for beginners — please contact us with questions. This is a shoes optional class.

Know before you go

  • Park in the lot on the south side of the building, or along the neighboring streets
  • The studio is upstairs on the south west side of the building, Suite 201
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to ensure proper check in and set up
  • CYCLE classes: If you are not present at least 5 minutes prior to class, your spot in class will be given up and you will not be admitted to class 
  • Yoga mats for rent for $2
  • Cycle shoes are free (feel free to bring your own if you have SPD compatible)
  • Box water, coconut water, and a variety of hydration powders and pre/post workout snacks are available for purchase
