Our signature Bar Method™ class is our most popular as it offers an easy-to-follow, fast-paced format that can be modified according to fitness level. The 45-minute Express version packs a full barre class into a condensed format. Additionally, this class ends with 15 minutes of Bar Restore™ for those looking to incorporate more stretching in their routine.

At The Bar Method - Sugarhouse, the interval format of each class is designed to elevate your heart rate while building cardiovascular and muscle endurance.
