ESenEM Yoga is the best of hot yoga, they offer a variety of classes and have wonderful instructors. They are the only studios in Arizona with 100% infrared heaters. There are 25 reserved parking spaces for their yogis.

Class Overview
This class is lightly heated to about 95 - 100 degrees & 35 - 45% humidity. Pilates is a unique fitness modality that enables an individual to build a foundation for longevity by mobilizing and stabilizing the core through small, but precise, repetitive movements. In addition to strengthening the core, pilates can improve balance, muscle tone, flexibility and strength. This is a not a set-sequence class.Class Types
