Class Overview

If you are a beginner, or an experienced student wanting to refine your basics, this class is for you! Great for slowing down and focusing pose by pose. Spend time breaking down the basics and learning the tools to build your yoga practice. Energetic playlist and great community vibe every time, with a slightly slower pace to really hone in on building a strong foundation for your practice. Space is heated to a moderate 85 degrees.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins (a 5-minute late policy is enforced, no entry after the first 5 minutes of the class)
  • Feel free to wear comfortable, breathable clothing, as the yoga rooms are kept warm. Don't worry about bringing anything else – they offer complimentary sweat towels, yoga blocks, straps, and a water fountain with a refillable water bottle station
  • Jade yoga mats can be rented for $5 per class
