Our Bar Flow workout infuses Vinyasa yoga flow sequences into our Signature Bar Method class to help you strengthen, stretch, and energize. By constantly moving and flowing, you will enjoy an elevated heart rate and master grace, balance, and flexibility with every class. Build your muscles, mind, and inner warrior with Bar Flow. Who it's for: For those who want to dynamically stretch their bodies, raise their heart and still enjoy traditional barre exercises. Know before you go

  • First-time students MUST arrive 15 minutes early
  • Please wear exercise pants that cover your knees, a top that covers the midriff, socks that cover the entire foot
  • Socks must cover your entire foot and must be on prior to entering the studio and remain on throughout class (available for purchase)
  • Please bring a closable water bottle with only clear water
  • No cell phones allowed in studio (lockers available)
  • Please sign the waiver before your first class here

STUDIO OVERVIEW

The Bar Method Santa Clarita is a boutique fitness studio offering barre classes for students of all levels. Their five formats are: classic Bar Method, Bar Strength, Bar Method Cardio, Bar Flow, and Bar Restore. The Bar Method's signature method uses your own body weight, the ballet barre and a few props to create a transformative workout that results in long, lean sculpted muscles. Not only does it reshape your entire body, but it allows you to channel your inner strength and leave class feeling strong, confident and poised. Highly-trained instructors customize the barre exercises to ensure they are safe and effective for any age and every body, including modifications for pregnant women and students with injuries. Their staff and community are here to support you from the moment you walk through the door.
