Class Overview

Who doesn’t want cardio and a core workout in one?  In this class, you'll be bouncing and leaping to a stronger core, improved balance, and increased cardiovascular fitness.  As you jump, you'll feel your muscles working hard to resist the rebound of the Jumpboard, engaging your glutes, quads, and calves. The constant motion also challenges your core stability, forcing you to engage your abs, obliques, and lower back muscles to maintain your balance.
