The High Ride cycling method is a fast pace, high-intensity workout geared towards all levels. Their instructors will guide you through an energizing 45-minute ride to the beat of the music. They incorporate cardio, weights and resisitance in different movements with each class, including push-ups, tap backs, side-to-sides, and four corners (and much more!) to isolate and strengthen specific muscle groups for a full body workout.
