Class Overview

Come at the time that suits you and stay as long as you like.   Mysore is a self-led practice, and the aim of Mysore is to cultivate a regular practice, and develop that practice under the guidance and physical assists of your teacher. This self-practice style aims to develop a deeper, more personal practice in a quiet and focused atmosphere.   These classes are for those that are familiar with the dynamic breath-focused led Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice sequence, although your teacher is there to help, and will offer individualized guidance and assistance.   Mysore classes provide the time and space to explore your practice and discover the beauty of this awesome self-paced meditative flow. The Mysore method was created by Indian yoga guru Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, who devoted his life to developing Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga from the 1940s onwards.
