Define your core like never before! Try YBD HIIT Pilates - based on Pilates and High Intensity Interval training principles. Benefits include: Increased core strength to help stabilize your entire torso which helps overcome back pain. Focus on muscular control to do deliberate movement and precision. Pilates principles focus on concentration, breathing, and control which not just give you a physical focus but mental as well. HIIT is effective at enhancing the metabolic machinery in muscle cells that promote fat burning and blunt fat production. Heated 90-95. 60 minutes
