  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class (class begins promptly and doors will be locked)
  • Wear socks that cover your entire foot (available for sale at the studio)
  • Wear pants that fall below the knee and allow for maximum flexibility during class

The Bar Method South Loop is a boutique fitness studio offering barre classes for students of all levels.
