Grit ATX is a local, female-owned and instructed fitness studio that offers fun, sweaty, and rhythm-based classes. They believe there's not just one way to work out and having variety in your fitness plan is important, which is why they alternate every other day between their signature mat class and a rhythm-based spin class. Their MAT class is a 45-minute, rhythm-based, strength-focused class where they take on new challenges every day combining barre, pilates and HIIT elements all together. Then switch over to their SPIN class, where they don't measure anything but how much fun it is to move to the music.
