Class Overview

Build muscle, improve endurance and DEFYN your bod in this interval-based class. You will rotate through strength-focused exercises that alternate between muscle groups and may vary in duration, rep, pace or interval. Mixed with bursts of cardio, you'll build strength and maximize results. As with all B.YOU classes, our trainers will be fully focused on functional movement, safe & proper form, and body awareness, while offering modifications & advancements to cater to every fitness level.

  • Please arrive early to properly prepare for class and discuss any needed modifications with your instructor
  • Bounce, Interval, and Defyn classes: please be sure to wear lightweight sneakers
  • Barre, Yoga, and Silque classes: sticky socks (available for purchase) or bare feet are appropriate
  • All equipment provided, bring your water bottle and sweat towel
