Power Cycle is a small but very welcoming gym that offers lots of fun things to do while visiting. Their studio is all about making training a part of your daily lifestyle as well as creating and maintaining an optimistic state of mind. Power Cycle's fitness offerings include power cycling, endurance rides, beginner cycling, strength training, functional training, group training, and more. Not only can you work out, but you can sit in the smoothie shop with free Wi-Fi, watch tv and have a protein shake, or enjoy a nice cup of coffee.

Class Overview
Come out and Ride with Felicia the Owner and Master Instructor of Power Cycle and Fitness Studio. With her own unique style, she will entertain you through 60 minutes of party club adult music. Felicia adds her push ups, weights jumps, dance and lots and lots of sprinting in this class. This is no ordinary Cycle class. (Not recommended for beginners) But enter at your own risk, you won't be sorry. Guaranteed a great workout, calories will be left on the floor. (stretch at the end of class). - You're welcome to bring your own lock to secure your items if needed
