Heated Empower Hatha Yoga invites you to deepen your practice beyond basic poses. Our Saturday classes are heated to 80 degrees, creating a warm environment perfect for enhancing your strength and flexibility. During these sessions, we will emphasize deep breathing techniques to help calm your nervous system and reduce stress. The heat not only promotes increased circulation but also helps relieve muscle tightness.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. For the benefit of yourself and fellow practitioners, please do not knock if the doors are locked.
There may be some twists, turns and bending, so don’t eat a full meal at least one hour before class – the emptier your stomach, the more enjoyable your practice will be.
Bring your own yoga mat or you can rent one for $1.
Bring a towel and water bottle; there is a water bottle refilling station.
