Class Overview

Join us in the studio for a 45-minute b3 Mindful Flow class. B3 Mindful Flow is designed to improve joint range of motion, flexibility, and muscle tightness through a series of breath-driven, full-body flows combined with restorative stretching. This deep-dive into mindfulness, mobility, and active recovery will leave you feeling grounded and calm. Yoga mats and blocks are provided in the studio.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class time
  • Amble parking in the parking lot
  • No experience required; instructors offer modifications throughout class
  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in (Most clients go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks)
  • Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated
  • Mats and props are provided
