Class Overview

Our b3 Strength workout is designed to build strength in mind and body, moving slowly and with intention. Our expert instructors will guide you on proper technique and body alignment, using heavier weights and resistance bands. Join us in the studio—bare feet are encouraged, or indoor-only shoes if you prefer.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class (no late entry to b3 Strength classes allowed)
  • Wear workout clothes you can move freely in
  • No footwear required - classes are done barefoot or with grip socks (available for purchase at the studio)

  • Dedicated parking lot (entry at the rear of the building)

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Barre3 St. Charles offers an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. When you work out with barre3, you'll get a balanced workout when you move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breathwork. Come move your body in ALL ways in their bright, expansive, high-ceiling studio. Their warm, inclusive environment focuses on challenging you, yet there are themes of grace, empowerment and body positivity. Come experience and share this concept with everyBODY who wants to achieve whole body health. It starts by giving your body the gift of movement, mobility, range, and strength, ultimately changing your relationship with fitness and learning to love and accept yourself right where you are today. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
