Class Overview

PLNK classes are calorie blasters of high intensity, low impact, exercises that combine the fundamentals of alignment, breath and mindful movement, without the use of momentum to minimize the stress to your joints and spine. You safely work the entire body in 50 minutes of strength, endurance, cardio, balance and flexibility exercises. Weighted springs and a moving platform create continuous tension and demand constant engagement of your core. You will sweat, your muscles will shake, and you will experience the PLNK difference.

Know before you go

  • For safety purposes, all new clients must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class for a proper instructor introduction and Megaformer orientation. If you do not arrive early for an orientation you will not be permitted to enter the class. Safety first.
  • All other clients should plan to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class start. If you are late your spot may be given to a standby/waitlisted client after 5 minutes of class and you may be charged for a late cancel.
  • Wearing snug, breathable clothing and bringing a water is recommended (also available for purchase)
  • Sticky socks are required and can be purchased at the studio
  • PLNK also provides towels and post-class items to freshen up
  • Please mute cell phones and leave all jewelry at home
  • Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice.
  • No tripods, microphones, or recording equipment are permitted in class. PLNK Instructors have the permission to not allow any recordings to occur during their class.
