BODYCOMBAT™ – During this ultimate warrior workout, you will strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. This class will burn on average over 700 calories in 60 minutes. No equipment or experience needed, just bring a towel, a water bottle and your inner warrior!
