Cycle n Shred is a 30-minute Rhythm Ride in the Roots Cycle studio immediately followed by a 30-minute conditioning workout in the Sports Performance Room. This class incorporates heart-pumping cardio with strength training, resulting in a total body workout in just 60-minutes.Class Types
